Check all components of the pattern that are present. The classic pattern (Criteria 1 + 2) is a STEMI equivalent.

1. Upsloping ST-Depression ≥ 1 mm at J-point

2. Tall, Peaked, Symmetric T-waves

3. Supportive: ST-Elevation ≥ 0.5 mm (in aVR)
