How Scoring Works

Officer Panel (40) + CaMO Panel (30) + EB Panel (20) = 90 interview points, plus a 10-point Application Form score averaged across three independent form assessors who each read the candidate's structured CV and typed motivational letter and score CV (0–4), Motivational Letter (0–4), and Completeness (0–2). Pass mark is 60/100. Passing candidates beyond a position's open slot count are Waitlisted, not rejected.
