The Cardioscience Division is the Scientific Academic Wing of CARDIG-Jerusalem.

It serves as the educational, research, and skills-development branch of the organization, designed to advance cardiology knowledge among medical students and interns in Palestine. The division is organized into three main parts: Education (Cardiology Education and Guidelines Offices): Focuses on enhancing theoretical understanding of cardiology through case-based learning, interactive events, and the promotion of guidelines, Research Office (Cardiology Research Office and Journal Club): Aims to create a mentored, student-driven research pipeline, enabling students to move from "curiosity to contribution" in cardiovascular research, and Clinical Skills Office: Dedicated to developing hands-on clinical skills related to cardiology.
